Service Agreement

In the Barbershop service agreement, we want to make sure we hit on the most important points so the client understands what they are signing and why. Below you’ll find the main points and after we have an example dialogue for you to practice with and create your own dialogue. 

✔ The Front Desk or Barber introduces themselves warmly and aims to ensure the client has a great experience.

✔ They clarify that the barber shop is authentic and uses a real straight razor for their services.

✔ The shop keeps a credit card on file as a safety measure for no-call, no-show situations, but clients can easily manage appointments through the app or website with a 3-hour window before the appointment. It is important that they initial accepting responsibility for the of use of this.

✔ The shop occasionally takes pictures of their work but promises to do so only with the client’s permission, respecting their privacy. Clients can inform the shop if they don’t want any pictures taken, and the shop will accommodate their wishes.

✔ We ask for their birthdate. During their birthday month we offer a discount on products as a gift. 

✔ We also offer beverages of water, various sodas, and coffee. We offer PBR and Stroh’s by name due to age restriction. 

✔ We offer a Koozie for Sodas and PBR or Stroh’s as It’s a great way to keep their drink cold during the service and an added bonus for them to remember their fantastic experience here. Our Branded Koozies are $2 dollars if they’d like to take it home.

✔ We ask for their social media handle to connect with them online

✔ We ask how they heard about us. This offers an opportunity to find out where we are advertising and if its effective. If they are referred we want to reward that person by noting it in their file for $5 off their next visit.

✔ The staff encourages clients to voice any questions or concerns during their visit to ensure a fantastic experience.

Front Desk: That’s the spirit! We also like to offer beverages during your visit. We have Water, Soda(Pop), Coffee, PBR and Stroh’s available. Is there any drink you prefer?
